Shipping policy
At Fatina’s Recipes, we prepare and deliver all orders with great care to ensure product quality and safe delivery. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Preparation
All orders are prepared on the same day of delivery, during official working days only.
We do not prepare or dispatch orders on:
- Weekends
- Public holidays
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Beirut & nearby cities: 1–2 working days
- Outside Beirut: Up to 5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.
3. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery across Lebanon through trusted third-party courier partners.
At this time, pickup is not available. All orders are delivered exclusively via courier.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on location and are calculated at checkout (if applicable).
All delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
5. Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, customers must:
- Provide a correct and complete delivery address
- Ensure availability to receive the order
- Provide an active and reachable phone number on the delivery day
Fatina’s Recipes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
6. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability
The delivery will be marked as failed.
In such cases:
- No refunds or replacements will be provided
- A second delivery attempt may require an additional delivery fee
7. Delays & External Factors
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Courier capacity
- Force majeure events
Such delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or replacements.
8. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email or message once your order is placed. An additional notification may be sent when your order is out for delivery.
9. Condition of Order Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item appears damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos so our team can review the issue.
