All sales at Fatina’s Recipes are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once confirmed.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
To report a damaged item, please contact us via email or phone and include:

• Your order number
• Clear, real images showing the damage
• Images of the outer packaging

Replacements
If your claim is approved after review, we will arrange for a replacement order to be shipped.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered under any circumstances.
